200 ml milk
200 ml thickened cream
80 g flour
20 g grated Parmesan cheese
200 g ham
700 ml water
Wash and dice the zucchini.
Pour water into the bowl.
Place the zucchini into the steaming basket. Lock the lid and press 'Start'.
Leave the zucchini to cool. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the eggs, milk and cream in the bowl with the Whisk installed. Lock the lid and press 'Start'.
Add the flour and Parmesan cheese. Lock the lid and press 'Start'.
Season with salt and pepper. Add some nutmeg. Incorporate the cooked zucchini and diced ham. Lock the lid and press 'Start'. Grease the quiche tins and sprinkle with flour. Pour in the mixture. Bake for 30 min until the quiches are golden brown.
Try adding chopped chives to the mixture.
