300 g white chocolate
40 g honey
100 g lightly salted butter
115 g sugar
170 g flour
125 g ground almonds
2.5 tsp baking powder
200 g frozen red berries
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Chop the chocolate. Place the butter, chocolate and honey in the bowl with the Kneading / Crushing knife installed. Lock the lid and press 'Start'. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs and sugar in a separate bowl.
When you hear the beep, scrape the sides of the bowl (it does not matter if the chocolate starts to crystallise, the texture will remain smooth).
Add the egg/sugar mixture to the bowl. Lock the lid and press 'Start'. Add the flour, ground almonds and baking powder. Lock the lid and press 'Start'. Grease a square tin and sprinkle with flour. Pour the mixture in the tin.
Sprinkle with berries and press into the mixture with the back of a teaspoon.
Bake for 50 min. Leave to cool and turn out onto a wire rack.
