400 g flour
10 g dry yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
200 g butter
10 g paprika
Preheat the oven to 240°C.
Add 250 ml warm water and the yeast into the bowl with the Kneading / Crushing knife installed.
Lock the lid and press 'Start'. After 30 sec, add the flour, salt and oil. Remove the dough from the bowl, leave on a plate and cover with a cloth. Leave to rest for 1 h.
Make slits in the dough using a knife.
Bake for approximately 30 min. Soften the butter for a few seconds in the microwave without melting.
Add to the bowl along with the paprika with the Ultrablade knife installed. Lock the lid and press 'Start'.
Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Lock the lid and press 'Start'. Spread the butter on the warm bread.
Try replacing the paprika with garlic and parsley.
