125 g butter
250 g walnuts
300 g caster sugar
80 g self-raising flour
2 tbsp dark rum
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add the walnuts to the bowl with the Kneading / Crushing knife installed. Lock the lid and press 'Start'.
Add all the remaining ingredients. Lock the lid and press 'Start'. Grease and flour a square tin. Pour the mixture into the tin.
Bake for approximately 40 min.
Allow to cool before turning out. Enjoy warm or cold.
Try replacing the walnuts with hazelnuts, almonds or any other nuts.
