Ingredients

800 g pumpkin
100 g potatoes
50 g onions
50 g celery
0.5 chicken stock cube
800 ml water
Salt
Pepper

Peel the vegetables and dice. Place the vegetables in the bowl fitted with the Ultrablade knife. Add the chicken stock cube and 600 ml of water. Launch the P1 soup program at 100°C for 35 min. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.

You could replace the pumpkin with butternut squash or make half pumpkin, half carrots.
